Our pending Wichita KS license poses an interesting problem... do we ATSC 1.0 or ATSC 3.0?

Is that set in stone as part of the paperwork, or can you change with sufficient notice? Please consider applying for a LPTV station in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. It is in the Burlington Vermont DMA Market. The Upper Valley area has plenty of unused RF per the FCC website calculator. At a minimum your contour would likely cover 220 thousand people and go over an Ivy League school and many towns and some cities. The sweet spot to broadcast would be on Mount Ascutney in Vermont and possibly rent tower space from Vermont PBS on that mountain or another tower located up there. Another spot you could broadcast from is Green Mountain in Claremont NH.
There is a lot of interest with people in the upper valley in using a TV antenna and I’ve been promoting the HD Homerun devices to people to use. Currently most upper valley residents can receive 17 stations OTA but VT PBS is expected to add 2 more channels and a new station in Springfield VT is expected to add 6 new stations so we are expected to receive 25 stations here. If you applied for a LPTV station here you could promote your products and broadcast a TV signal increasing the channel count here which in turn would interest more people to use a TV Antenna and possibly get more people to use your devices. Plus this would be beneficial for a underserved area of the Burlington VT DMA market.
