Our pending Wichita KS license poses an interesting problem... do we ATSC 1.0 or ATSC 3.0?

Is that set in stone as part of the paperwork, or can you change with sufficient notice? Despite the long-term uncertainty of 3.0, there certainly aren't many 3.0 LPTV stations around.

It requires filing paperwork but we can switch the station between the two standards.
