Thomson Streaming Box 270UK Plus and HD Homerun App

Hello,
I have just bought a Thomson Streaming Box 270UK Plus here in the U.K. The HD Homerun app will work for a minute or so, but then the picture will freeze and the audio will continue. If I change channels, it comes up with Audio only on the channel. If I reboot the device, it works for a short time again and then the same issue happens. It is working on Firesticks, my PC with no issue and Plex also works fine.

Any ideas?

Once you get the Audio only message, if you exit the HDHomeRun app and go to another video app like Netflix or Prime Video, does video play in that?
