Also, uh, yeah I get that there are competing priorities, but you guys sent a marketing email literally yesterday pushing HDHR Prime -CC and the 6-tuner rack mount versions for sale.

Are you able to commit to fixing DRM channel playback?

I've been lucky in that most of the stuff I want to watch is "in the clear" but it's this time of year with college football and soon college basketball on DRM channels (Fox Sports, BTN) where I have to jump through about 1000 hoops to figure out how to find somewhere to watch (basically VPN out of market then pull up on an app of some sort... often on a Remote Desktop connection into my windows PC... not exactly friendly...)

Also, this is not true. Windows is not working. Not for me anyway. I’m willing to troubleshoot a lot of things but last time I started down this path you guys wanted me to wipe my windows install and start from scratch and that’s simply not something I’m willing to do.
My new windows install was not working either but after finding the correct video driver . All is well.

It is true. If you, specifically, are having an issue on Windows, then that is specific to your set up. That is not some platform-wide issue, and is completely unrelated to what we are talking about in this thread. .
