Opened up my app on Windows 11 and I have live TV working but no guide info. Checked my Android phone app, same thing. Everything was working a few hours ago.
Guide shows blank screen or loading, slice guide shows nothing, just blank squares. Even my upcoming recording tasks are not showing up. My DVR subscription is showing up as
active. Is my account messed up or is there a server problem? Did a hard reset and nothing changed. The Windows software app is showing DVR as active.

Guide data problem figured out... the system is recomputing guide matches for all devices to fix the problem... everything should be working within the next 10 minutes or so. Sorry about that.
