Re: Channel lineup
Engineering understands the need for it, and we talked over how we would want it implemented on our weekly call last week.

Re: ATSC 3.0 channel stuttering
Do you see playback issues on all devices or just the Shield? It looks like something is interfering with the network communications between it and the HDHomeRun. Also, how does 166.1 look?

Re: Las Vegas - Channel 29 or Channel 1?
The HDHomeRun automatically tunes whichever PLP is required (including multiple PLPs simultaneously) for the particular virtual channel number being accessed.

Re: Error: No HDHomeRun tuners found (iOS)
On Mac, go into System Settings > Privacy and Security > Local Network and make sure the HDHomeRun app is enabled. We're seeing an issue where the prompt for this isn't coming up on iOS 18.1 and our engineering team is investigating.

Re: Las Vegas - Channel 29 or Channel 1?
I would assume that this is a bug in the third party app you're using, probably that it is parsing the "ch=atsc3:587000000:1" bit of the tuner status as channel 1 instead of PLP 1 on 587 MHz (channel 33).

Re: nVidia Shield PRIME and DRM Model Issues
Can you enable the sending of diagnostic data in the app on one of the non-working devices, try to watch a DRM channel, then reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun?

Re: Have to change cable card...
Assuming this is a Cisco/Technicolor card, check the CableCARD CA screen and see if it shows Status: Not Staged. This means the conditional access system on the card is disabled, so it will not access any encrypted channels. The provider will need to send the appropriate signal to change that to Rea...

Re: What could be going on with my Flex 4k?!?
Is the FLEX at least 3' away from any router/switch/wireless devices? If so, please open a ticket with a link to this thread and we'll get it replaced.

Re: Channels missing after replacing Extend w/Flex
The CHSN channels in Chicago are H.264, and if you have transcode enabled on the EXTEND, it gets confused and won't work. It needs a firmware fix to completely fix the problem, but just disabling transcode should allow them to work.
