Roku Ultra unable to run HDHomerun

Suddenly my Roku Ultra is unable to run HDHomerun.
When I try to run the app I see the HDHomerun splash screen, then the guide. I select a station and it plays for about 2 seconds.
It then crashes with a error screen titled "Exit_Brightscreen_Crash".

I have uninstalled the HDHomerun app and reinstalled it. But I still get the Brightscreen crash. This used to run just fine, I have no idea why it's crasing now.

What version number is the app?

Ver 101.0 Build 20250709

I no longer see the error message, instead the HDHomerun app just closes after showing 2 seconds of the TV station's broadcast.
