Have you swapped the coax cable between the CONNECT Quatro and one of the other devices just to rule out a splitter or cable issue?

33.x broadcasts on low VHF channel 3. You're doing well to be able to receive it at all, as that antenna is not designed to receive low VHF. Thanks, this seems to work on my iPad with live tv but on recordings I can turn them on but when I turn them off it crashes the app. On my iPhone 12 on both live tv and recordings I can turn them on but it crashes when I turn them off.

You can tune via hdhomerun_config and still use the status.json for stats. Worrying about the performance of a compiled C program while running a PowerShell script is kind of funny though.
