I'm also in Columbus--I just got the Flex, and after hooking it up I'm only seeing 5 channels, whereas when I had my OTA on my TV, I'm getting like 3-4x more channels.

And yes, my connection was working at one point, now nothing is working and I'm getting that "No available video" message ...

Thanks--support got back to me. Apparently my amplified antenna was a bit too amplified lol. I unplugged the amplifier and now have 47 channels.

I just got a Flex, and when hooking it up, I only see 5 channels vs 15-20 channels I see when I run the antenna directly to my TV. Is this some weird DRM thing or am I not doing something correctly on the setup? I've tried scanning channels multiple times, and checked RabbitEars to confirm I should ...
