Issue with Fox in Columbus

Post by Cmgeek »

I used to be able to watch Fox on 106.3 with no issues. A couple of months ago, after watching for an hour or two, it would say "No video data available". Now, if it doesn't show "No video available", it plays for a few seconds and then starts stuttering severely. I've updated the firmware, rebooted both the Flex4k as well as the client, and it's happening on both my Google TV Chromecast as well as my android phone. I've enabled send diagnostics. It is Flex4K 10A151EF.

I'm having trouble finding logs of playing that channel for any significant length of time. Please watch it for at least 10 minutes then reply back with the time you did so I can locate it in the logs.

I watched it for a while today, but it was actually working. When it doesn't, it is very painful to watch. I'll post again if I can do it.

I'm also in Columbus--I just got the Flex, and after hooking it up I'm only seeing 5 channels, whereas when I had my OTA on my TV, I'm getting like 3-4x more channels.

And yes, my connection was working at one point, now nothing is working and I'm getting that "No available video" message.

Believe we sorted this out via ticket, too much amplification on the antenna.
