Re: High Split Converter Problem
Sorry, I'm out of ideas then. Sounds like a call to cable card support is in order, but at least you have more information to give them now when you call. Good luck.

Re: High Split Converter Problem
Yes, that does seem odd. Sounds to me like both your HSCs are working, but not interfacing properly with your Primes. Have you tried a new USB cable, or just swap cables and see if the problem follows?

Re: High Split Converter Problem
From the Prime's web page main menu, select Tuning Resolver Menu -> Tuning Resolver Pages -> Channel Map -> View Channel Map. My channel map lists all my channels on pages 0 through 57. If it doesn't show your complete channel map, call Spectrum's Cable Card support number tomorrow and tell them you ...

Re: HDHR apps not getting program data or showing record button
Rebooting the Primes fixed the issue. I didn't even think to do that myself because they've sat on my shelf for years without issue. No muss/no fuss. Thanks, Nick.

Re: HDHR apps not getting program data or showing record button
I have not changed devices. The IDs are still correct. I should note that I am still able to tune in all my channels, but I don't have any program guide info for any of the Prime channels, and therefore, cannot record anything. I am getting program guide info for my Flex 4K channels, though.

Re: HDHR apps not getting program data or showing record button
That's odd because the web pages for the 2 Primes list 437 channels for one and 438 for the other. Also, in the menus for the high-split converter boxes, all channels are listed in their respective channel maps. What do I need to do?

[Solved] HDHR apps not getting program data or showing record button
Today, the HDHR apps on all my devices, both Windows 10 and Android, are not getting program data. I suspect that's also why the apps are not showing the record button either. I've stopped/restarted both the apps and the record engine multiple times but to no avail. I've also rebooted my router ...

Re: High Split Converter Problem
I'm glad it's faster for you. When I change channels, I keep expecting to see the "no video data" message, but eventually I get the channel. One of these days, when I have a couple hours to spare, I'll do a channel scan to see if that will speed it up.

Re: High Split Converter Problem
I've also gone through the HSC on Spectrum, and if your Spectrum network is anything like mine, it takes between 5 and 10 seconds for the HSC to tune a single channel. Every. Single. Channel. So your long scan time might be normal. When I first installed my two HSC boxes, they didn't appear to be ...

Re: High-Split Converter Question
I recently replaced my 2 TAs with HSCs on Spectrum as well. They have been working identically to the way the TAs worked. The only downside I've experienced is that the HSCs take FOREVER (5 to 10 seconds) to change channels.

Re: Just went high-split, but now no guide data - Solved
I've noticed since putting in the new HSCs and doing the rescan, it takes a couple of seconds longer to change channels. For some reason, I was expecting it to change channels faster with the HSCs. Oh, well.

Re: Just went high-split, but now no guide data - Solved
Problem solved. The Primes needed to be scanned again. I didn't do scans after installing the HSCs because the channel lists were already there, evidently left over from the scans done with the TAs. So I thought that would be sufficient. Apparently it was not. Thanks, nickk.
