Spectrum just turned on high-split in my neighborhood yesterday, so I finally installed the high-split converters I've had for a few months in anticipation of the implementation. After working out a couple of issues with Spectrum support, the new converters are now working as expected and I'm getting all the channels I used to get on my Primes with the tuning adapters. However, I'm getting no guide data now on any of my viewing devices (Win10, Onn, Samsung tablet and phone). In the app, it's only showing the channel number and channel name. So far, I've restarted the apps on my viewing devices, and stopped/restarted RECORD on my NAS. When the HDHR app starts on all devices, it shows all tuners and it also shows RECORD in the lower left corner of the start-up screen, as well as under Devices in the HDHR app settings menu. And even though it shows RECORD as being active, I do not get the red record button on the live TV bottom pop-up bar.
Any other suggestions to get my guide data and record button back? Thanks in advance.

Easily fixed... what is the Device ID of your HDHomeRun?

Still no guide data or record button.
Re: Just went high-split, but now no guide data
Can you please run a channel scan on both PRIMEs...

Problem solved. The Primes needed to be scanned again. I didn't do scans after installing the HSCs because the channel lists were already there, evidently left over from the scans done with the TAs. So I thought that would be sufficient. Apparently it was not. Thanks, nickk.

Re: Just went high-split, but now no guide data
I am also a Spectrum customer, but have not been converted to high-split yet (still have the old tuning adapter). A few times in the past few years, I have been unable to watch certain channels because the equipment suddenly didn't know it was a switched digital video channel. Usually, if I waited 24 hours or so, the head-end would re-flag the channel as SDV and I would be able to watch the channel again.
The high-split converter, since the channels are on a fixed frequency (albeit frequencies that are above cable TVs normal operating frequencies) seem like it would be more reliable and less prone to error than SDV. Anyone have experience supporting or disputing this theory?
Also, since Spectrum is no longer obligated to support CableCards, it seems like a good sign that Spectrum is rolling out HSC devices to at least some of their customer base. It doesn't seem like they would do that if they knew that CableCard support would be discontinued in the next year or two. Comments/thoughts?

High split is still SDV, not fixed frequency.

I've noticed since putting in the new HSCs and doing the rescan, it takes a couple of seconds longer to change channels. For some reason, I was expecting it to change channels faster with the HSCs. Oh, well.

Hmmm, not sure where I got that information. Bummer. Well, hopefully Spectrum's CableCard support window is extended, at least.
