[Solved] HDHR apps not getting program data or showing record button

Today, the HDHR apps on all my devices, both Windows 10 and Android, are not getting program data. I suspect that's also why the apps are not showing the record button either. I've stopped/restarted both the apps and the record engine multiple times but to no avail. I've also rebooted my router. Would someone from SD please check my logs and tell me what might be causing this? My device IDs are listed under my username to the left of this post. Thank you.

Your devices are not reporting any channels.

That's odd because the web pages for the 2 Primes list 437 channels for one and 438 for the other. Also, in the menus for the high-split converter boxes, all channels are listed in their respective channel maps. What do I need to do?

ETA: Also, in the HDHR app, under Settings/Channels, all channels are showing there as well for both Primes and my Flex 4K.

Both of the devices you have listed in your profile (131102D9, 1326E147) are reporting 0 channels.

If you have replaced them or have new devices please let me know the Device IDs...

I have not changed devices. The IDs are still correct. I should note that I am still able to tune in all my channels, but I don't have any program guide info for any of the Prime channels, and therefore, cannot record anything. I am getting program guide info for my Flex 4K channels, though.

Your FLEX shows 52 channels - you should have full guide data for these channels.

Your PRIMEs do no show any channels. Suggest power cycling both units so they reconnect and resync channels.

Rebooting the Primes fixed the issue. I didn't even think to do that myself because they've sat on my shelf for years without issue. No muss/no fuss. Thanks, Nick.
