I have the same error. Is there a solution for this?

What platform are you running your Plex server on? If it is a Docker container, you will need to use host networking for legacy Dual devices to work. If it is in a VM, the VM must be using bridged networking. If you are running directly on the hardware, you may need to configure the firewall to allow whatever the Plex host process is (Windows) or allow all incoming traffic from the IP or MAC address of the HDHomeRun, and if you use the IP, make sure you have a reservation set for it in your router.
