DVR Recording does not record

I had trouble last week and this week recording with the DVR. I upgraded HDHomeRun last night before the Amazing Race. Its scheduled to record all seasons. It did not record and no file to watch the recording. Also, when recording ad hoc, clicking the record button while watching TV, it visually looks like it records, but it doesn't record and there is no file to watch the recording. We have an Apple TV 4k we primarily use in the living room and an older Apple TV in the basement. Last night, I was accessing HDHomeRun and upgrading from my Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.6.1. My HDHomeRun is--Model: HDFX-4K, Device ID: 10A4218E, Firmware: 20250815. I have a 1TB drive connected to HDHomeRun, which is roughly 80% full. Regardless of what device we are using to run HDHomeRun, recording doesn't happen based on Tasks or ad hoc. Help?!

It looks like your DVR subscription didn't renew on the 16th due to an expired card on file. Can we have you log into https://shop.silicondust.com and verify your payment information?
