Stuttering on paticular DVB-T multiplexes

G'day - I have a problem with channels from a particular DVB-T multiplex (channel 10, Brisbane, Australia) losing audio sync on Chromecasts with Google TV (4k). Problem started a few weeks ago. Hardware is a HDFX-4DT-R, and this occurs on the hdhomerun app and VLC on those devices with live TV or recordings from that multiplex - but not via a PC app or a google TV streamer. Some of these devices are Ethernet connected, some not - so it appears to be a decoding issue. Any suggestions other than throwing them away? Everything (hdhomerun flex quattro, google TVs, PCs) was running the most recent available software as of this morning. Thanks in anticipation for any ideas.
