Issues with Connect Devices

I have two Connects that both seem to be dead. The original 4k and now a Quattro.

4K - HDHR5-4K
After plugging in the power adapter a dim red light on the ethernet port just flashes. Can't be found by the App.

Quattro - HDHR5-4US
When plugging in the power adapter the ethernet adapter green light comes on then flashes then goes out. Can't be found by the App either.

Have switched power adapters and it doesn't change anything. Any thoughts on what might have gone bad on these units?
