Another Roku issue - Loading channel stalls

Roku Ultra LT but also on other sets with Premiers and Roku Soundbar.

Using the latest Roku app, version 103.0 Build 20250718. When loading a station, the progress bar will go about 1/3 the way across and just stall. Waiting does no good as it will just stay at 1/3, but hitting the OK button twice (once brings up the channel menu sidebar with the channel highlighted, then once more loads that channel) to force a channel reload will then usually allow the channel to fully load.
Obviously, a nuisence type of problem. Prior version did not have this problem. It does not always do this, but about 75% of the time.
The HDHomerun app on a PC or IOS app does not exhibit this behavior.

Intermittently occurring on Ultra here, as well.

Normally the load time is so quick that as soon as I see hesitation, I know to hit OK again.
