Unable to connect to pc from other devices

I had a problem on 7/18/2025 my apple tv couldn't login. I thought it was the router and hooked it into my verizon router. That worked, I was able to watch some new before work. On Sat same thing apple tv wasn't able to connect to the pc. I changed the ethernet cable no luck. It also didn't record anything after friday morning. I restarted the pc, updated the network driver and still nothing. I also updated HDHomerun. I turned on an old laptop to record for sunday. The pc is a new build I made in Dec. I can get to the videos on the pc but nothing else.
