Can you provide a couple channel numbers that should be working but aren't?

Consistently inconsistent. I ran another channel scan on one of the Primes and it found all 487 of the channels that I'm supposed to get. The scan took about an hour and a half. I'm getting too old for this.

I hear you. I have my high-split converters working fine with my two Primes, but every month or two one of the Primes will lose their Switched Digital Video channels and only have half of what they are supposed to show. So I have to do a Channel Scan. Luckily I haven't had both lose their SDV, so everything still works, it just takes a little extra time to tune an SDV channel until I do the scan....
