Pause tasks

I have several tasks set up to record current season. Since I didn’t get this set up until maybe half way through the season. Therefore any time a repeat comes on that was never originally recorded it records it and I have to go in and delete them. Is there a way to pause these until next season? Or do I have to delete them and start over next season?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to pause a task at this time. I can see the need for this feature, and will ask the dev team about it. There's a few situations it would be very helpful in, such as going on vacation and not needing the news to be recorded, etc.
