100% Signal strength, zero everything else

This question doesn't really fit exactly in any of the forums, but this one is the closest, and I haven't been able to find an answer.

Just curious. There is one channel in the Kansas City area - 55 - which shows 100% signal strength, but 0% Signal and Symbol quality, 0.00Mps Network Rate, and Network Target of "none".

Any idea of what this could be? I can't find this channel listed on any website.

Any idea how I could find this out?

Are you tuning physical channel 55 using HDHomeRun Config GUI?

Channel 55 is now LTE band and used by cell phones.

AHA! I was using the hdhomerun_tui app. I know that the range of digital tv channels had been reduced and that 55 was now out of range.

Makes sense now.
