FLEX 4K Detected Channels Dropped to 13 - jp1979

Hello. My FLEX 4K only detects 13 channels. Did a channel scan after enabling send diagnostic information. Device ID is 10A327F6.

Edit: I power cycled the device and am now able to get 22 channels (still missing quite a few). Did another channel scan with send diagnostic information.
