Flex 4K suddenly not tuning well

I was stunned when I did a channel scan and most of my channels disappeared. So I scanned directly from the HD Homerun app and saw that the signal for the channels I was getting was in the dumps with all channels it detected showing 1 bar of signal. I thought maybe the splitter on my antenna was rhe issue and plugged that into the Flex 4K directly but that didn't make any difference. I thought maybe it was the antenna so I connected it to the TV and the TV's tuner was tuning just fine so it's not the antenna or the splitter.

So here's my Flex 4K's info.

PS. I unplugged my Flex 4K for several minutes then plugged it back in hoping that a reboot would get it working correctly again, but that didn't work.
