St. Louis Cardinals part-time channel on Spectrum
The Cardinals have a part-time channel this year as they have ended their deal with their former RSN. In my area, the games run on Spectrum channel 233 which has no guide info (and no channel name in the map either). The grid guide hides channels without either names or listings and I can't record any games. Prime device IDs: 1323E4A8 and 13129D38.

Just to be clear, you are able to tune the channel with the prime manually and the channel does appear both on the regular lineup url and when you add the ?show=all to the lineup url.
I would suggest doing a channel scan when the channel is really on and see if it can pick it up. Typically for a channel to be added for guide, it must have both a virtual channel number (which you seem to imply it does, though not 100% sure that number applies to the prime) and a name and from what you said the provider may have inappropriately added the channel to the map without the name. In theory it should be tunable in app provided there was video when the channel was scanned (another requirement to add it to the list of subscribed channels... many providers have a barker video up when a part time channel is off air so there is video present when off air thus adding it to subscribed channel list when scanned). Such part time channels are much easier to add as iptv rather than available via qam then won't be tunable from the prime at all.

The channel is always on, just with game programming (and replays) only.
It can be tuned with the slice guide, but the channel doesn't show in the grid guide.
The channel appears on the lineup page, but without a name. Of the 500+ channels available to me and 985 visible with ?show=all, it's the only nameless one.
