My Prime which was purchased way back when they first came out has died it seems.
It has gone offline under devices. It was rebooted several times and just the center tuner light is a steady green. No other lights are on.
Any ideas if this this a hardware issue or has Xfinity cut me off?
Thanks for any help.

Re: HD HomeRun Prime?
The webpage for the Prime might give some clues.
Re: HD HomeRun Prime?
First thing to try is a new power adapter. If you have 5V 2A, 2.5A, or 3A power adapter from something else you can try that as a test. It must be exactly 5V.
Re: HD HomeRun Prime?
Thanks... I will check the adapter tonight.

A new power adapter brought it back online!
But I lost a ton of channels. 300 something to 59 after a channel scan. It's not giving me my full lineup.
I'm on Xfinity any ideas?

Please enable the sending of diagnostic information on the System Menu page, reboot the HDHomeRun, wait 2 minutes, run a channel scan, and reply back with the device ID and we will check the logs.

Done...the Device ID is 1311F388
The rescan has none of my Xfinity cable tv pay channels like ESPN Discovery etc.

You will probably need to contact Comcast to get the correct subscription package associated with the card. They will probably tell you that they don't support CableCARD anymore, but I hear that people have had good luck with contacting Comcast over social media and getting them to do it, such as the official Comcast subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/
