HDHomeRun HDHR4-2US poor signal quality due to Power Supply

I just want to report an issue, where I have been using the HDHomeRun model HDHR4-2US with a rooftop mounted antenna for more than 5 years without any issues. However, recently I notice pixelation on ABC due to fluctuating signal quality, where it fluctuating between 62% and 80%. Beyond pixelation, this poor signal causes loss of signal, preventing recording function from working properly.

This issue was fixed with replacement of a new 2A rated power adapter or power supply.

Sounds about right, those wall warts don't last forever. 5 years of (presumably) continuous use is a pretty good run.
