Tuner not found ios

I have a duo unit that has worked well for a few years. Using the home run app on PC works fine but the iPad app fails to find tuner. If I use Channels app no issue. Also Plex no longer streams content.

Is the iPad using a VPN?

Have you tried deleting the HDHomeRun app and then reinstalling it, making sure to say "Yes" when prompted for network access?

Thanks for info, reinstalling app did fix the iPad issue.
