Has anyone experienced this?
XXXXXX06 - Cable card status is consistently low:
Signal Strength 36% (-38.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality 66% (22.1 dB)
Swapping cable feed with another PRIME that has high (XXXXXX09) quality shows the same low results.
And the high quality Prime show high results on the cable from the low quality one.
Is XXXXXX06 bad or is there a setting somewhere to change?
Diagnostics turned on for both and support ticket opened.

Re: Prime low signal quality
cablecard oob can be very low but -38 is probably lower than you should see. The main thing is that OOB is locked as far as the card is concerned though I would prefer such not stating weak.
That low of signal for the QAM channels when tuned wouldn't work at all. I would probably use config_gui on a windows machine and go through the physical channels to check out those signal levels.
Many providers have switched to high split and require a high split converter for OOB.

When you swapped the Primes did you also swap power supplies?crb_rigger wrote: Tue Feb 03, 2026 2:43 pmSwapping cable feed with another PRIME that has high (XXXXXX09) quality shows the same low results.
Also, just as a reference, the signal strength for my Prime(s) is 96% (-2.6 dBmV). Wondering if you need to have a cable tech visit your home...

Re: Prime low signal quality
The low signal quality PRIME only see 19 channels vs the 500 on the high signal quality PRIME. It won't tune in any of the 19 channels.
Swapped cable, and power supplies. Cable tech was on site. Saw same signal level going to all Primes. No matter what I try it appears the low one has an issue receiving the signal.
Working
Signal Strength 75% (-15.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality 100% (34.7 dB)
Non-working
Signal Strength 36% (-38.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality 66% (22.1 dB)
