A couple things. I have a new Flex 4k.
I scan my channels but it is not picking up my local PBS channels which I would expect it to. I have other TVs in the house picking it up just fine. Cleveland's main PBS station is WVIZ (Channel 25), operated by Ideastream Public Media, offering primary PBS content on 25.1, with other channels like Create (25.4)
Additionally, any channel I playback has lots of visual tearing and stuttering during playback. It doesn't seem to make a difference if it is in the native hdhomerun app on windows, or using Plex which is installed on my nas.
The hdhome run and my NAS are both wired directly into my Ubiquiti dream machine SE.
I have enabled send diagnostic info, and switched from antenna to cable and back and then ran channel detection again.
