Hello!
I received my HDHomeRun Flex 4K today, and while I have it set connected to the antenna and the local network, with a solid green light indicating connection, the device cannot be located on the Apple TV app, the Mac App, or via the browser. I'm concerned it's because my Wi-fi has a "smart wifi" feature (Optimum; which I'm unable to disable), so I'm not able to directly connect to the 5ghz network, which seems to be the key. Any suggestions for how I can get the device connected? Per the bottom of my device, the Product ID is 10AE506E.

It looks like the HDHomeRun is being assigned a publicly-accessible IP instead of the normal private IP that devices inside the home would normally get. Do you have the DMZ feature enabled on the router and pointed at the HDHomeRun? If so, don't do that.
