Same here, only sound and no picture on Windows and iOS Apps but working fine through the Plex App. It was working fine yesterday but when I tried this morning (6th Jan in Australia) I'm getting the same as others in this thread. Hope they have a fix soon.

Quit the app if it is already open, then reopen it, and it should work. Sorry for the downtime.

Same problem here started this morning 1/5/26. All clients(LG TV, Iphone, Ipad, Windows PC) have the same issue with the HDHomerun app. I first thought it was a hardware issue with my HDHomerun Prime or that Comcast/Xfinity had shut down the capability with the Cable Card. After further testing I was able to play live channels using Plex so it's not a hardware or Comcast/Xfinity issue.

Thank you NedS every thing back up and running. I got a letter the other day from my local cable company stating they are no longer going to support cable cards and I’ll have to remove and send them back. I work for said company and have seen them sunset other things and if this is anything like those other times. I should have a year or so. But it’s a sad day. I’ve been using my HDHomerun Primes for 8 years.
