HDFX-4K crashing with AppleTV

Running an HDFX-4K with firmware 20250815. AppleTV app crashes when trying to watch one particular SD channel live or recorded. Deleted AppleTV app and downloaded again from App Store, but still experiencing crashes. App and UI are version 20251030. This started right around the same time the aspect ratio of the SD broadcast was forced to 16x9, but the content is all 4x3 (Antenna TV on WTEN 10.3). Any thoughts or ideas?

It plays fine on my Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen - both using latest release and the latest internal build.

What model of Apple TV do you have?

Thank you for checking it out! I’m running an Apple TV 4K 2nd Generation (A2169) with 64GB. My system is running tvOS 26.2 along with the most recent HDHR app (20251030). I can play and watch the same content when using my HDHR through PLEX on the same Apple TV — that’s a reasonable solution for me.
