No Tuner found

I have several devices and TVs connected to the internet and to the HD home run flex for tuner however two devices I get the error no tuner found even though I am connected to the same network on Wi-Fi my phone and one of my TVs does not connect to the HD home run app I doubled and triple checked they are definitely connected to the same network on Wi-Fi what could be wrong what can I do

Are you using any kind of VPN on those devices?

How is your wifi set up? Is it just a single router/access point or is it something more advanced like multiple access points or a mesh network?
