I have a new-generation FireTV Cube (Model GA5Z9L) that renders the first 1 or two frames of a channel and then freezes the image. Going back to guide and selecting the same channel will render an updated frame and immediately freeze the image. I have 3 HDHRs, connect, extend, & quatro, and i've rotated through each of them to determine if the behavior changed between the 3.
I'm able to successfully use the HDHR app on the first generation FireTV Cube without issue.
I have cleared cache & content for the app, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app, & of course rebooted all devices involved without any change in observed behavior.
This feels like something specific to the new Cube, but I'd be open to any input you may have.

I can check the diagnostic information - what is the device ID of your HDHomeRun?

We are not seeing any diagnostic information from the HDHomeRun app - can you please run the HDHomeRun app on the new FireTV Cube (only), and enable "send diagnostic information" in the settings menu. Ok to leave diagnostics enabled on the HDHomeRun units.

Suspiciously, as I went to enable diagnostics in the app, the thing started working for the first time since i've had the new Cube in a few months. (not regular usage of course, but the adhoc tests have always resulted in the same behavior until today.
