Tmobile Arcadyan G5AR

Anyone have this new tmo gateway and have issues with their Flex 4K and getting communication errors all the time?

I have tried 2ghz only and 5 only and it just keeps happeneing.

Is this all wired are is everything wireless even your flex 4k? There is no external antennas on that unit and could cause some distance issues. But with that being said I would be guessing as I don't have tmobile wireless. I do have tmobile fiber.
