Guide stopped working on OSMC / Raspberry Pi
I have been running OSMC on a Raspberry Pi using the HD Homerun Add-on for several years. About a month ago it stopped downloading guide information. Periodically there will be a message on the screen telling me it is unable to fetch guide information with an error 403. I have updated all relevant software. Nothing on the house network has changed, and I get no problems with internet access from any other device. Tuner is an HDHR5-2US, and it is also up to date. Seeking wisdom!

Note: the guide works fine on the windows app.

What are you actually using for the addon (which particular add on) as "official" addon was essentially discontinued years ago but there are a few other add ons that can work)?
Do you subscribe to the dvr service? Many accounts have recently expired particularly if they don't regularly use the hdhomerun app and have had such since the kickstarter. Some guide data is available in the hdhomerun app without subscription but that data is supposed to be used by the official apps only, and generally not by third party apps and is basically limited to a day rather than the 14 days the dvr subscription allows access to and with such subscription there are other ways to get and use it with other apps.
