We had 3 power outages last night & now get stuttered startup & playback. There was a new firmware update which I installed tonight & I tried powering it off but no luck. I get the same results on a Win 11 laptop & iPad.
Diagnostic info is turned on.

Nothing obvious in the logs from the HDHomeRun side. Please enable the sending of diagnostic data in the HDHomeRun app on both devices and watch something for at least 10 minutes on each, then reply back.

Diagnostic info is turned on both laptop & iPad.
Tried simultaneously watching live TV for 10 minutes & then 2 different previously recorded TV shows. The iPad play showed a black screen. I tried the iPad only & got a picture. Stutter remained in all trials.

The logs show the HDHomeRun is getting a network link at 100Mb/s half duplex. Do you have it connected to a hub?

Interesting, I do & after a hard reset It is working is fine. I already did a hard reset on the modem/router & the Duo but forgot about the hub.
