DVR Access: No

Post by jgermain »

I have been using DVR access for years since kickstarter. For some reason I don't have access anymore. Maybe the last firmware update?

I can't get support to respond for over a week.

I have tried to reenter my activation code and still comes up no access. It says this in the DVR log.

20251105-00:11:46 Recording: myhdhomerun_record authorization error or not subscribed to dvr service

I'm using a docker for the DVR engine.

What is the Device ID of your HDHomeRun?

Anyone with early access (2016) will need to transition to a paid account in the coming months (notice will be provided via the app). Early access accounts that have not been used for some time were purged. I can check things given your Device ID.
