HDHomeRun Crashes on new Roku Tv

I'd like some help with this problem please - I recently bought a new Sharp Roku Tv - Running Roku software version 15.0.4 Build 5532 - Downloaded the HDHomeRun App from Roku store - Installed it ok - but the App starts up ok with the HDHomeRun Splash Screen, but then just crashes & reverts to Roku Home Screen.

Running the HDHomeRun App again, it starts showing a Exit Brightscript Crash stating "Brightscript Error with this Log (listed below)

Does anyone else have this problem & has anyone any idea what this Error is and how to fix it. Appreciate any help.

I have recently started seeing the same issue with the bright script error.
I've been beta testing Roku OS 15 for a while now and just started noticing this so I don't think it has anything to do with their new update, but I could be wrong...

We have a new Roku release being reviewed by Roku - it should be available sometime tomorrow.

After updating you may still see a crash report displayed from the last crash of the prior version.

We are having similar issues with our Roku express and Roku HD.....Certains that use to load fine don't, and not all the DVR recordings will play - I haven't seen updates since this orginal post several days ago - any update on when the fix is going to be released? and will it help with our Roku's or is it only for the Roku TVs?

I’m still getting the error. Message happens when I first go into the hdhomerun app and only certain channels seem to be affected by it however, nothing that I seem to do results. The issue with the affected channels those affected channels either will start and then freeze or start and then the screen just turns black.

HDHomeRun app release for Roku 20251030 is out.

Navigate to the HDHomeRun icon and press * on the remote to check the version - it should say 20251030. If it doesn't select Check for updates.
