http://hdhomerun.local/ doesn't work for me neither does the address 192.168.5.149 which previously worked and is what I have book marked. I just get the message "this site is unreachable.

The type of router I have might be important in this case and is quite common. I have the Eero 6+ mesh router system. I have 3 6+'s and one standard Eero 6 which my fiber ISP had provided.

The local IP of your HDHomeRun is currently 192.168.7.189

Are you running VLANs with multiple subnets?

No. Nothing changed but the address apparently other than it stopped working. But the IP you just gave me works. Thanks Nick!

You should be able to use their app to assign a reserved dhcp ip address to the HDHR tuner, so it's IP address doesn't change.
Settings > Network settings > Reservations & Port Forwarding
