PBS stations not showing

Just got the quatro setup but no PBS stations are showing up in the scan. I usually can get Iowa, SD and MN stations. What is going on?

We would like to get some diagnostic data:

1. Please go to http://hdhomerun.local
2. If it tells you that a firmware update is available, please install it
3. Click System Status
4. Check the Send diagnostic information box
5. Go back one page
6. Click Channel Lineup
7. Click on Detect Channels

Reply back to this post and provide us the device ID of your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs. You can find the device ID on a label on the bottom of the HDHomeRun itself.

OK, I did all that and picked up a few channels but no PBS. Device ID is 10b21e7a

Where are you located and what kind of antenna are you using? The signal strength is fairly high on all channels, but the signal quality is poor on the channels that are coming in, suggesting a poor antenna and a lot of amplification.

51243 is zip. I have an amplified channel master "bat wing" antenna. It is a compact design I use in my attic in a 2 story house. It goes down to a distrubution panel in the basement and goes out from there.

Do you know the model of the antenna or have a picture or link or something?

Which direction is it pointed?
