App Remote access via tailscale

I am setting up tailscale to allow me to access my home network and it is working well apart from the HDHomeRun viewer app which can't find the tuner on initial app startup.

If the App is already running when I connect to tailscale it can continue to play channels - it is only the initial tuner search that is failing.

I can also access the HDHR via VLC using the Channels URL, upnp://192.168.4.24:80/dms/ContentDirectory?ObjectID=Channels , so the lack of the app is not critical but it would be nice to have it available

Is there any option to bypass the tuner search and use the last known address or to specify the tuner address?

This is for app use on Windows 11, and Android phone
