I woke up this morning to find that none of my devices (Win10, Win11, Onn box, Samsung S24 Ultra) can tune any channels on either of my 2 Primes, 131102D9 and 1326E147, due to no guide data. However, when I turned on the TV connected to the Onn box this morning and started the HDHR app on it, it came up on the same channel it was on when I shut it down last night, ch. 223, which is a cable channel from one of my Primes. But I cannot change to any other Prime channel because there is no guide data for the Primes on the ONN box. The only tuning I can do is to the channels from my Flex 4K, which ARE getting guide data.
I verified that the High-Split Converters connected to the Primes both show their channel maps as expected, and all expected channels are also listed in the Primes' web pages as well. However, in the app settings on all devices, the Primes both show "(no guide access)". I've turned on diagnostics, if you would be so kind as to check my logs. Thank you in advance.
