No Channels Detected

Have a HD Connect Quatro HDHR5-4DT F/W 20250815 connected to antenna via a splitter.
Other devices connected to splitter are TV & Fetch TV - both getting FTA TV signal OK.
Am using HDHR via our Shield Plex.
Recently channel detail in Plex Live TV started coming up with "No details'
Have deleted Plex tuner & attempted to re-setup several times using both Plex guide & xml files - no channels found.

Have logged into hdhomerun.local
Found a FW update was ready so now installed.
Then attempted to detect channels & none found

Not sure where to go from here.....
