I submitted a support ticket [241402] for this but i though I would post it here as well to see if there is a way to resolve this on my own?
Within the last couple of days I had to change my email address in the SiliconDust Shop, and all appears normal there. Today I noticed that DVR Active was set to "No". I hit the "Not Me" button and relogged in with my new email and current license key, but I get an "Invalid Credentials" error. Also, in the License Management section of my account it shows my license key as "unassigned".

Changing the e-mail address basically resets the DVR account. I will ask Nick to merge the old address account to the new address account, and we will e-mail you the new activation code.

Looks like my email change is now causing me to lose guide info. My Fire Cube now shows "No Guide Information Available" for all channels, as well as channel logos are gone. Fire Stick 4k Max is still working.
