I just found out about this on AVS Forum and haven't yet had a chance to verify, but I trust the source. I knew at some point 28.7 would likely change due to WNDU 16 airing the HD feed on 16.2.
So here's what the poster on AVS Forum said in the South Bend, IN - HDTV discussion.
"WSJV 28.7 has just switched to The Nest (one of Sinclair's multicast networks) from 365BLK."

Confirmed! I just got home and tuned to 28.7. Sure enough that channel is now The Nest.
