Cleaning up a bunch of low-power listings in Austin, TX

I spent some time curating all my reliable channels, and collected all the issues below. I recognize some may not be able to be resolved, and that's fine. Devices used were 10A4C0B0 and 1077341E.

17.1 - Shows something Spanish, should be Fubo Sports
17.6 - No guide listings, should be Defy
20.1 - Shows ShopHQ, should be BiNGE
20.3 - Shows Best of ShopHQ, should be Newsmax (Newsmax2 logo on screen?)
20.11 - No guide listings, should be BarkTV (heh)
20.14 - Shows local origination, should be MTRSPT1 (https://www.mtrspt1.com/en/)
20.15 - No guide listings, should be AWE (or maybe AWE Plus?)
20.16 - Shows local origination, should be NBT
24.7 (not LP) - No guide listings, should be BUSTED

I probably skipped a few that I have filtered.

Should be mostly fixed. MTRSPT1 and NBTV don't have usable listings at this time.
