I got another HD Homerun and set it up on my network and the DVR functionality is not working. I logged into my account on my new device. I have it set up on my Synology NAS and my old device was working fine.

I tried going into the license manager to reassign to a new device and didn't see how I could do that. I saw somewhere it said to delete your license and then reassign it. I tried to delete it and it just had the old spinning wheel thinking icon on the screen and never seemed to do it. The status of my existing key shows "unassigned". I can't remember what it used to show. I was thinking if I logged in on my new device it would just transfer.

I pulled the log from my NAS for a period in which I attempted to record a live show that was running, here is what I got. I am guessing the errors at the bottom are because it isn't recognizing the license on this device. I opened a ticket and I am sure someone will get back to me soon. But I was hoping to get this fixed tonight. I am not seeing my previously recorded programs but my scheduled recordings list showed up after I logged into the device with my ID. No biggie on the missing recordings. Any tips?

Is the NAS set up with a manual IP address? If yes, you also need to enter the IP address of your DNS server (or 8.8.8.8 to use Google for DNS or 1.1.1.1 to use Cloudflare for DNS)
