Is it the end of the line for me?

Post by Fixit-13 »

Other than buying a replacement, any suggestions?
New update seems to have fubared things.
Using Dual - HDHR3-US
So my issue started around the time the new "splash" logo appeared.
First the Google TV started with the app running but consitently loosing signals or just not loading channels.
But it was working with my fire stick in the garage so I figured a bug.
Then I it stopped working, just gives the nice new splash screen and goes to recorded screen and I cannot get out of there, I can get to the settings.
Version 20250611 (app) 20250604a (UI)
But there appears to be nothing I can do.
Loading up on my laptop that I often used to watch things it also defaults to the recorded screen and there is nothing I can do
Version 20250603(app) / 20250604a (UI)
So 3 different tv's and at least 2 different versions of software - maybe 3 and it's not working.
I know this is an old unit - (its actually newer than the other duel ATSC tuners I retired)
I have used for many years so no real complaints but is this really the end?

HDHR3-US is supported for Live TV operation.

If ti isn't working we will work with you to fix it.

I am back up - apparently I have 2 bad ports on my switch. My bad - sorry about posting, I usually have things sorted out before needing to ask for help.
